I was brought up in the coastal resort of Blackpool situated on the Fylde coast in the north west of England and it was there that I developed a passion for the sea. Much of my work is concerned with the sea and coastal landscapes which I find fascinating and alluring. In 2003 I  moved to Cornwall  which has provided unlimited inspiration for my art.
